Video Technology

My love of video and technology is an extension of my love for dance and photography.  I began video work my second semester of graduate school as my research assistantship.  My role was to capture the video of each individual piece from a dance concert and consolidate them into a final product:  a dvd.  I have produced 17 concert dvds.  Since then, my knowledge of video editing and camerawork has increased considerably.  I received a video production work study scholarship to Bates Dance Festival in 2009 where I contributed video and edits to the Festival Highlights DVD.  I have worked with several directors, including Tim Glenn on two of his projects.  I am also in the midst of producing and choreographing a work for my Thesis Concert that incorporates camerawork, video, and projection design.

Recent Notable Works:
Intermedia Festival Contributing Camera Artist for Tim Glenn's Life, Shapes, and the Future of History, Condensed and Catharsis (2010)
In the Moment Directed and Choreographed by Shelley Bourgeois (2010)
